Research:Thirty years of experience have led to this innovative method, for which we won the DoDo Award (Digital Development of Dutch Entrepreneurs). We received this price on 1 December 2008, in the HIT (Hanze Institute of Technology). Apart from the DoDo Award, my Practice for Holistic Coaching and Therapy has also received two innovation vouchers from SenterNovem, worth 10.000 euro in total. These vouchers were meant for the innovation of my practice through scientific investigation. Results customer satisfaction survey For practical reasons the customer satisfaction survey was focussed on the Journeytherapy (developed by Brandon Bays). The respondents answered the questions discrete and anonymous.Therefore they did not have to write their names and addresses on the envelopes of the questionnaire they had to return. We did this to enhance the objectivity. The customer satisfaction survey had four main purposes:
The customer satisfaction survey embodied a total of 7 questions. The respondents had to choose one out of the following five anwers: very dissatisfied, dissatisfied, satisfied, very satisfied or 'I don't know'. The investigation was finished in april 2009 and gave the following results:
