I began developing the 3G-method because many of my cliënts found it difficult to achieve their highest goals. The 3G-method gives you a better insight in your deepest motives and teaches you how to concretise your ideals in practice. Instead of beautiful promises the 3G-method gives great results!
As a coach, therapist and supervisor I had the privilege to help thousands of people, amongst whom top sportsmen and successful business people, to realize their dreams. That’s how the 3G-method was born. By means of the 3G-method, you can easily align and use your thoughts, feelings and behaviours to make your dreams come true.
There may be spontaneous moments in which the 3 G’s are totally attuned to each other and to your goal. You are coherent so to speak and everything works out by itself. You feel good and achieve what you wish for. The 3G-method helps you to create total coherence.
